About The Position

We are looking for a ServiceNow Integration Developer to support the design, development, and implementation of a key integration between the ServiceNow platform and Dell TechDirect. This role will work under the guidance of a lead technical consultant and contribute to building scalable, secure, and maintainable integration components.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of ServiceNow development experience, ideally with exposure to integrations.
• Working knowledge of IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and Scripted REST APIs.
• Familiarity with web services (REST/SOAP), JSON, and XML.
• Basic understanding of MID Server setup and troubleshooting.
• Experience with ITSM modules such as Incident, Request, and CMDB.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn from senior team members.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to Dell TechDirect or similar OEM support platforms.
• Experience with OAuth 2.0 or other authentication protocols.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow App Engine and custom applications.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Application Developer (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing integration workflows between ServiceNow and Dell TechDirect using IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Support the configuration and maintenance of MID Servers and integration endpoints.
• Collaborate with the lead developer and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical tasks.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and documentation of integration components.
• Monitor integration performance and assist in troubleshooting issues.
• Contribute to Agile development processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Maintain clear documentation of integration logic, data mappings, and error handling procedures.
