ServiceNow Developer

About the position

We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer with a strong background in implementing ServiceNow in large complex environments. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience and at least 7+ years of technology implementation experience. The role involves working with ITSM modules and requires expertise in various processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Reports, and Security Operations. The candidate will also be responsible for developing complex catalog items and customizing Service Portal widgets and pages.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of ITSM tools and continuous improvements.
• Develop and maintain the configuration management database (CMDB).
• Ensure configuration data is available to support service management processes.
• Create and implement custom widgets and complex pages.
• Resolve UI performance bottlenecks and manage portal content.
• Work with a team of functional and technical consultants through requirements gathering and sprint design sessions.
• Use Orchestrator and Workflow Editor to configure workflows and automate tasks.
• Develop ServiceNow APIs, Workflows, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Security Rules (ACLs).

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
• Minimum 7+ years of technology implementation experience.
• Knowledge of ITSM modules and processes.
• Experience in developing complex catalog items.
• Experience in customizing Service Portal widgets and pages.
• Experience leading a team for implementing ITSM tools.
• Experience in the implementation, administration, maintenance, and enhancements of ServiceNow.
