Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2+ years of ServiceNow focus
• Working with catalog items, workflows, workspaces, agent chat
• Scripting knowledge (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
• QA Testing, Agile/Scrum methodology, and interacting with stakeholders
• Working with 3rd party integrations
• CSA Certification

Nice To Haves

• 2 year degree
• CAD Certification
• HAM Certification
• ITIL V4
• Familiarity with CSA Certification
