The ServiceNow Developer role involves designing, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions.   • Development of Integrations using ServiceNow Plugins.
  • Managing UAT, Test, Training and Production instances for ServiceNow.
  • Process Governance and Reporting.
  • Training & Self Development Activities.
  • 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Experience in Catalog development in ServiceNow Portal.
  • Hands on experience in designing and developing various integrations with ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of REST API and SOAP API.
  • More than 4 years of experience in Java scripting.
  • Should have been involved in at least one project/application rollout and transition/support and platform upgrade.
  • Experience working in ServiceNow Eureka, Geneva, Istanbul and Kingston versions.
  • ITIL V2/V3 Certification.
  • Experience in ServiceNow as a System Administrator or Architect or Programmer/Analyst.
  • Experience with Web Technologies (JAVA Script, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP).
  • Experience with IT Service Management Process and Tool Configuration and Administration.
  • Ability to perform configurations and customizations of ServiceNow applications, e.g. Service Catalog, Incident, Facilities, Security, CMDB and Change.
  • Development and working experience on ServiceNow plugins and Customizations.
  • Good communication skill.
  • Good Analytical skills.
  • Ability to lead independently and directly coordinate with customers.
  • Ability to drive Scrum calls.
