About The Position
Kforce has a client in Fairfax, VA that is seeking a ServiceNow Developer. The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for developing and supporting scoped applications within the ServiceNow platform. This role involves assisting with the design and implementation of ITSM workflows and improvements aligned with best practices, building custom solutions that enhance user experience and drive process automation, and participating in design reviews to provide input on architectural decisions and platform enhancements. Additionally, the developer will provide hands-on technical expertise in ServiceNow development, including scripting, integrations, and automation, support CMDB-related enhancements and data integrity initiatives, and create and maintain dashboards and performance analytics reports as needed. Ensuring code quality and maintaining platform stability through adherence to CICD practices is also a key responsibility. The ServiceNow Developer will collaborate across cross-functional teams, including security, infrastructure, and business analysts, and maintain and troubleshoot existing applications and integrations.
