We are dedicated to delivering impactful results to meet mission goals through cutting-edge technology and expertise. We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a pivotal role in developing innovative and effective solutions for our DoD customers within the IC sector. As a member of our ServiceNow team, you will work collaboratively from concept to delivery, ensuring that solutions align with mission objectives and customer needs. You will partner closely with key stakeholders, customer, and end-users to translate complex requirements into actionable specifications and ultimately into impactful ServiceNow solutions.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in IT, with hands-on ServiceNow or similar ticketing tool experience.
  • Strong ability to interact effectively with peers, project leads, and key stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail, effective problem-solving skills, and a self-motivated approach.
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Knowledge of networks, servers, and security fundamentals.

Nice To Haves

  • Developer experience with ServiceNow, including customization and scripting.
  • Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments.
  • Programming experience in JavaScript, Java, or AngularJS is a strong plus.
  • Experience with Jira, Remedy, or other ticketing systems.
  • SharePoint development experience.
  • Exposure to ITIL processes and frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow applications and enhancements.
  • Engage directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable solutions.
  • Configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and integrations to meet business needs.
  • Ensure solutions align with industry best practices and comply with DoD/IC standards and security protocols.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues, optimizing performance and usability.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow releases and updates to leverage new features and capabilities.
