About The Position

CRI Advantage is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our rapidly expanding ServiceNow practice, recognized as the 2024 Partner of the Year for the Americas. This position is a prospecting role, meaning that while it is not for an immediate opening, qualified candidates will be considered for future opportunities. The ServiceNow Business Analyst will play a crucial role in assisting the Sr. Project Manager or working independently to design, develop, and implement IT processes within the ServiceNow Platform. This includes conducting research and performing analysis necessary to build respective modules, capturing business requirements in the form of agile stories, and testing configured functionalities end-to-end as they are developed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow ITSM and Business Analysis, with at least two years of experience in each area. The role involves participating in the design, testing, and transition of Service Management and Service Integration solutions within the ServiceNow Platform. The Business Analyst will perform thorough data analysis during projects to provide developers with the necessary requirements for configuration and customization. Additionally, they will assist in gathering core configuration requirements, translating these into design models, and managing the overall implementation process in collaboration with developers. In addition to implementation projects, the Business Analyst will also support Service Management remediation projects, helping delivery teams rectify issues and improve the service delivered to customers using the ServiceNow Platform. This includes capturing customer and service provider requirements, proposing solutions, and managing the overall delivery process in cooperation with developers. The role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to decompose high-level information into details, and excellent interpersonal skills to negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts among project stakeholders.
