About The Position
The ServiceNow Architect is responsible for the design, architecture, implementation, and administration of ServiceNow functionality to support documented business needs. This role aims to maximize the investment in the ServiceNow platform, ensuring its capabilities are fully utilized. The position reports to the IT Director of Enterprise Applications and oversees the services supporting Service Management for IT and the entire enterprise.
