We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with a strong focus on App Engine to join our team in Iselin, NJ. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, with extensive expertise in Service Catalog and Supplier Management modules. This role requires a deep understanding of business rules, scripting, and application development, with a strong emphasis on integration and API development. This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days onsite each week. In this position, you will lead the architecture, design, and development of ServiceNow App Engine solutions. You will provide expertise in the Service Catalog module, including Supplier Management, and develop and implement business rules, scripting, and application development in ServiceNow. Your role will also involve leading API development and integrations using REST, JSON, and other relevant technologies. You will utilize tools like Catalog Builder and citizen development tools to create seamless processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies. Additionally, you will provide insights and improvements on ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CMDB, and Survey. Working with orchestration tools such as APIGEE, ESGA, Ansible, and Amelia for enhanced integration and automation will be part of your responsibilities. You will also mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to ensure best practices are followed throughout the development process.
