About The Position

The Svc Now Analyst Sr acts as a key facilitator between the business, IT, and project team to assist in improving processes, development efforts, services and tools using data analytics to gather business, technical, and functional requirements, document processes and workflows, and deliver data-driven recommendations and solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Info Systems, Business, Communication, and/or other related field
• 4 + years of experience creating reports, dashboards, and performance analytics reports within ServiceNow as a primary role
• Experience gathering requirements from stakeholders
• Experience interpreting and authoring ServiceNow ACLs, custom report components, database views, and report functions
• An equivalent combination of education and years of experience

Responsibilities

• Work as a key person in the dashboard, reporting, and analytics areas of ServiceNow, navigate and manage demands, and build platform solutions that will meet and help transform business processes.
• Perform day-to-day administration of these areas and manage life cycle upgrades as part of the team.
• Identify and execute platform enhancements to maximize the value proactively, provide input into roadmaps and continual improvement plans for this area.
• Stay abreast of new features and functionality, playing a role in driving continual improvement.
• Perform design, implementation, regular problem solving, maintenance and support for reports, dashboards, and performance analytics within ServiceNow.
