About The Position
This position is responsible for providing the highest level of systems and applications support on the Enterprise Technology & Innovation's (ETI) IT Service Management (ITSM) system, ServiceNow. This includes providing administrative duties for the ITSM system, developing tools to support the administration of the ITSM system, supporting ITSM best practice implementation in ServiceNow or other supporting systems, performing ITSM database data management, and fully supporting the development of reports and dashboards in ServiceNow. Our ideal candidate will have experience developing and administrating ServiceNow systems. You will be responsible for enhancing the platform to meet the needs of our customers and developing digital solutions that drive continuous improvement. Candidates must be passionate about technology, deliver best-in-class customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while fostering strong collaborative partnerships with stakeholders.
