As the first point of contact for individuals seeking support, the Service Navigator plays a vital role in ensuring community members feel welcomed, informed, and connected to the programs and resources that can help them thrive. This position is ideal for someone who excels in customer service, enjoys problem‑solving, and is committed to strengthening our community.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • GED

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and guide participants through eligibility, applications, and enrollment.
  • Complete intake paperwork, collect documentation, and maintain accurate data in electronic systems.
  • Coordinate referrals and connect participants with internal programs and community partners.
  • Maintain updated resource materials, participant files, and monthly reports.
  • Support outreach efforts and attend community events as assigned.
  • Provide general office support and maintain an organized, welcoming environment.
