About The Position

At Buffalo Wild Wings, the Service Manager role is a key position in restaurant management, focusing on creating legendary guest experiences. This role involves overseeing takeout operations and the guest entry experience, as well as assisting in managing shift operations. Service Managers are responsible for coaching team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively. Requirements

• Preferably, 2 years of restaurant or bar management experience
• General knowledge of labor laws
• General knowledge of health codes
• General knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation
• General knowledge of responsible alcohol service
• General knowledge of safety and security systems and procedures
• General knowledge of computer operations
• Passion for training and developing your team
