The Opportunity : The Service Manager is responsible for assessing and fixing any service or warranty work, ensuring new construction jobs are ready prior to install, re-measuring on larger jobs prior to production, completing the contracted tear out work, and assisting on installation or production work as needed.

Requirements

Valid Driver's License
Excellent communication abilities (verbal and written)
extended periods of walking, standing, stooping and lifting up to 20-50 lbs consistently
willingness to cross-train

Responsibilities

Assesses all service problems, contacts customer and schedule service work for self as needed.
Maintains detailed records in dashboard with all customer communications, photos received, and resolution of service and warranty issues.
Conducts New Construction onsite reviews 14 days prior to installation to assess whether job site will be ready for installation or not.
Conducts QC re-measure of all high complexity jobs prior to final production review
Tight collaboration with other departments to resolve problems or update standards as needed.
Build out showroom displays and showroom repairs as needed.
Assist with installations and production as needed.
