What You’ll Do Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Service Advisors and Technicians Create a collaborative, team-based culture built on trust, communication, and accountability Maintain the highest standards of luxury-level customer service consistent with the Mercedes-Benz brand Oversee daily service operations, scheduling, workflow, and efficiency Drive department performance through coaching, training, and continuous improvement Ensure all service processes meet quality, safety, and compliance standards What We’re Looking For Proven leadership experience in an automotive service department; luxury and import experience is a big plus. Strong communication, coaching, and team-building skills A passion for premium customer service and brand excellence Ability to manage metrics, goals, and service performance results A positive, solutions-driven mindset with a desire to develop people Encouraged to have experience with Reynolds and Reynolds DMS software.
