Reporting to the General Manager and Managing Partner , the Service Manager leads the front-of-house team with energy, consistency, and attention to detail. This role is responsible for maintaining Red Door’s service standards, training team members, and fostering a positive, professional work environment built on genuine hospitality. Service Managers are the link between vision and execution—ensuring that every shift runs smoothly, every guest feels valued, and every team member feels supported and motivated. Path of Progression This is a salaried leadership position with performance-based earning potential. The Service Manager role serves as a developmental step toward the General Manager position.
