Service Manager (Industrial HVAC contractor)

About The Position

We are looking for a Service Manager with experience in Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors for our Client, a commercial HVAC provider, located in Nassau County. In this role you will be responsible for managing the service department team and handling customer service interactions, reports, and repairs. An ideal candidate would have 5+ years’ experience within HVAC industry. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and hold accountable technicians, dispatchers, and service staff Prepare and review repair quotes Drive customer satisfaction and ensure timely follow-up Build and maintain long-term client relationships; support new customer acquisition Own P&L and annual revenue targets Promote and sell maintenance agreements Conduct team trainings and one-on-one coaching sessions Forecast and allocate labor to meet customer and seasonal demand Provide technical guidance to field technicians Ensure accurate, timely billing and invoicing Enforce and adhere to all company procedures and protocols Additional Salary Detail The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
