About The Position

Dunn Tire & Auto is seeking a Service Manager to help lead our service department and deliver a high-quality customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on team performance, customer service, and daily service operations.. You will work alongside the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, maximize sales, and develop a high-performing team. What You’ll Do Lead and support daily store operations alongside the Store Manager Deliver a world-class customer experience by ensuring every guest receives expert service and recommendations Train, coach, and mentor team members, helping them grow in their roles Oversee sales performance and profitability, driving the store to meet and exceed goals Assist in hiring, onboarding, and scheduling employees to maintain efficient store operations Manage inventory levels and ordering, ensuring the right products are available for customers Enforce safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe work environment Handle customer inquiries, service issues, and escalations, ensuring high satisfaction Support shop operations as needed, including mounting and balancing tires What Makes You a Great Fit 3-5+ years of retail management or leadership experience (automotive experience preferred) Strong sales, repair planning, and customer service skills with the ability to build relationships Proven ability to lead a team, coach employees, and drive performance Time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities Experience with basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems Why Choose Dunn Tire? Requirements

3-5+ years of retail management or leadership experience (automotive experience preferred)
Strong sales, repair planning, and customer service skills with the ability to build relationships
Proven ability to lead a team, coach employees, and drive performance
Time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
Experience with basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems
