Requirements

  • 1–2 years of hospitality management or supervisory experience
  • Proven ability to handle scheduling and performance management for a diverse team
  • High proficiency in managing floor charts and KDS flow using Toast POS & Toast Tables
  • Experience using Google Sheets and Calendar for staff scheduling
  • Natural sense of urgency to identify and address service bottlenecks before they impact the guest experience
  • Comfortable working majority evening shifts
  • Willingness to support any area of the building-whether it's fixing a pour at the bar or helping the kitchen during a rush

Responsibilities

  • Lead from the front, becoming the face of operations during busiest hours, primarily in the evenings
  • Directly manage and mentor Servers and Hosts
  • Empower Servers and Hosts to deliver exceptional service
  • Expertly oversee the atmosphere and pacing of the floor
  • Handle guest recovery
  • Optimize seating efficiency at the host stand
  • Collaborate closely with the Back of House (BOH) Manager
  • Step in as needed to assist in Expo or run food during peak times
  • Ensure the facility's security as a key opener and closer
  • Set the team up for success
