What You'll Do As a Branch Service Manager, you will oversee all service operations within your branch and ensure alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements. Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of pest control industry experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable 7-year driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Willingness to work evenings or weekends as business needs require
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required state licensing
  • Ability to climb ladders (250 lb capacity)
  • Ability to lift 40+ lbs and work in confined or uneven spaces
  • Ability to safely wear personal protective equipment, including a respirator
  • Ability to drive for extended periods

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and develop Service Professionals
  • Drive a customer-first culture through leadership by example
  • Conduct performance reviews and production monitoring
  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor new team members
  • Ensure licensing, certifications, and continuing education requirements are met
  • Oversee daily service operations and field execution
  • Ensure accurate and thorough pest and termite treatments
  • Conduct ride-alongs and quality control inspections
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain equipment readiness
  • Ensure fleet safety and facility standards are maintained
  • Support inbound and outbound service scheduling
  • Assist customers with billing questions, treatment options, and service concerns
  • Conduct on-site visits to ensure customer satisfaction
