Requirements

Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and accountability skills.
Ability to manage performance issues professionally and consistently.

Nice To Haves

Experience in field service operations, fleet management, or related industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

Supervise all field technicians and oversee the services they perform.
Conduct daily meetings with each technician to review performance, service quality, and daily expectations.
Prepare and generate daily performance metrics prior to meetings.
Ensure each technician is fully prepared for the day with proper supplies, tools, and equipment before leaving the office.
Serve as the primary point of contact for service-related questions from field technicians and office staff.
Manage all field technicians regarding their vehicles, equipment, and related supplies.
Perform daily vehicle and equipment inspections during technician meetings.
Issue write-ups for any damage to vehicles or equipment, including attempts to conceal damage.
Recommend further disciplinary action, up to and including termination, to the Branch Manager.
Serve as the direct point of contact for all vehicle and equipment concerns.
Coordinate with the Branch Manager for approval of all vehicle and equipment repairs.
