Location: Global Pump - Davison, MI Job Summary: The primary responsibility of the Service Manager is to manage, direct, train, and evaluate the daily activities of the service department, ensuring the timeliness and quality of work performed and minimizing the costs of parts and labor. The Service Manager is directly responsible for the repairs and maintenance of all equipment at the corporate service level, and for ensuring quality repairs to all equipment as well as responding to equipment failures as they occur in the field. As such, the Service Manager serves as a working team member and individual contributor to the team's overall success.
