We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to oversee our Harley-Davidson service department. Requirements

  • Proven experience in service management or a related field is required.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team of technicians and service sales
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Talon DMS is preferred.
  • Harley-Davidson experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate an efficient, high quality service department.
  • Train and mentor staff on best practices in service sales and customer interaction, ensuring the highest quality experience for every customer.
  • Implement upselling strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
  • Monitor the performance of technicians, providing feedback and support as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure a positive experience.
