About The Position

The Service Manager (Maintenance) at Mission Rock Residential is responsible for performing and overseeing the day-to-day maintenance operations of the assigned property, The Wyatt in Fort Collins, CO. This role ensures that the overall physical aspects of the property meet the Company’s established standards and any applicable laws. The manager will also direct and supervise the daily activities of the maintenance team, including scheduling, task assignment, workflow monitoring, and performance appraisal. Requirements

• Comprehension of federal fair housing laws and any applicable local housing provisions
• Ability to comprehend and work within budgetary guidelines
• Knowledge of general property repairs, which may include, as applicable, the areas of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structural, and appliances

Responsibilities

• Schedule, monitor, and/or perform preventative maintenance at assigned property
• Coordinate the day-to-day maintenance operations of the property
• Direct and supervise daily activities of the maintenance team, such as planning and preparing work schedules, assigning tasks, delegating work, monitoring progress and workflow, reviewing work for timeliness and accuracy, and appraising work performance
• Train and coach all maintenance team members
