We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead our service department operations. This role is responsible for driving profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence while developing a high-performing service team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge, a customer-first mindset, and a proven track record in fixed operations. Why Logan, Utah? Requirements
- 3–5+ years of automotive service management experience (CDJR experience preferred)
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development skills
- Solid understanding of fixed operations KPIs, warranty administration, and service processes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the service department, including advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Drive service department profitability through effective labor, parts, and expense management
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and strong CSI performance
- Develop, train, and mentor service advisors and technicians
- Monitor and improve workflow efficiency, productivity, and quality control
- Ensure compliance with OEM standards, warranty policies, and safety regulations
- Handle customer concerns and escalations professionally and effectively
- Collaborate with Parts, Sales, and Management teams to support dealership goals
- Analyze performance metrics and implement process improvements
