Main Duties: Manages the daily work of Field Service Managers and Field Service Technicians Help to answer phones, help customers with technical questions Schedule and assist Field Service Technicians daily Assists Field Service Technicians on difficult jobs and when they need additional help Communicates effectively to customers on repair work as needed Works with other managers, sales representative and other staff to establish labor costs Assists, coaches, mentors, supports other service members and staff as needed Performs other related duties as required Hires, trains, oversees, Field Service Managers and Technicians Guides, advises and mentors Field Service Managers and Technicians Conducts performance evaluations that are both timely and constructive Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed in accordance with company policy
