CarShop, a Penske Automotive Company is seeking an Automotive Service Manager to lead the Service Department operations in handling our customers with prompt, courteous, and excellent service. The Service Manager will focus on maintaining the company culture, which sets CarShop apart from others in the industry, while achieving the inventory productivity goals outlined in the company's Strategic Plan. The Automotive Service Manager is a critical team member in the day-to-day maintenance and advancement of our company values and culture. Proactively manage and increase the efficiencies of the service technicians and coordinators in a team environment through training, mentoring and oversight of scheduling. The Automotive Service Manager will monitor service performance goals, and drive to meet and exceed the goals with integrity.
