About The Position

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Service Manager or in a similar leadership role within the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive service procedures and repair processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial reports and manage budgets effectively.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to work flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the service department, including workflow, scheduling, and staff performance.
