Requirements

Proven experience as a Service Manager or in a similar leadership role within the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of automotive service procedures and repair processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze financial reports and manage budgets effectively.
Customer-focused with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
Valid driver's license and the ability to work flexible hours as needed.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with dealership management systems and automotive software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the service department, including workflow, scheduling, and staff performance.
