Position Summary The Service Manager reports to the Equipment Division Manager and is responsible for properly supervising and managing the Service Division, including these categories: stand-alone equipment quotes, tool repair center, service technicians, service coordinator, parts coordinator, planned maintenance agreements, and consumable sales growth with lead generation.
