Our Motorcycle & Powersports dealership is seeking a Service Manager to drive performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This role is for a proven leader who believes great service starts with a strong, respected team—someone who leads with integrity, develops people, and takes pride in running a service department customers trust year after year.

Requirements

  • Experience in service leadership (Powersports required)
  • Lightspeed experience
  • Strong customer and employee communication skills
  • Consistency, follow-through, and professionalism
  • Pride in workmanship
  • Calm, steady leadership style
  • CSI/OEM service scores
  • Repair quality and first-time fix
  • Reputation (reviews, referrals)

Responsibilities

  • Full responsibility for the service department performance
  • Expense control
  • Work directly with dealership leadership on forecasting and reporting
  • Labor gross and effective labor rate
  • Monthly reviews against KPI’s
  • Lead and support technicians and advisors
  • Technician productivity, efficiency, and quality control
  • Communicate clearly with customers and resolve concerns
  • Partner with Parts and Sales to support the full dealership
  • Hiring, coaching and accountability of service staff
  • Maintain OEM standards and warranty process
