Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the Penn Power Systems service technicians, ensuring timely and efficient completion of maintenance and repair tasks
  • Coordinate and prioritize service schedules to meet customer needs and company standards
  • Supervise and mentor technicians to enhance their technical skills and professional development
  • Diagnose complex generator issues and provide technical guidance to team members
  • Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation for all maintenance and repairs
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies
  • Manage and coordinate the use of equipment and tools necessary for service operations
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and service quality
  • Liaise with customers to provide technical support, updates, and ensure satisfaction
