Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the BAS field service team.
Partner with clients and project managers to ensure timely service resolutions.
Schedule and deploy technicians to support workload demands and team expertise.
Maintain dispatch logs, monitor service activity, and generate internal reporting.
Act as the primary escalation point for complex service issues.
Recruit, develop, and mentor technicians to support department growth.
Implement and refine SOPs to improve service efficiency and consistency.
Support BAS system startup, commissioning, and functional testing.
Troubleshoot BAS devices, field controllers, and network-level communication issues.
Update system programming, modify wire sheet logic, and document changes.
Validate sequences of operation and maintain commissioning documentation.
Provide training to end users on BAS functionality, maintenance, and system best practices.
