Responsible for the efficient administration of maintenance services and positive customer services for the Centerspace portfolio within the assigned region by performing the following duties personally or through maintenance staff Expectations Requires no supervision, able to self-direct and self-motivate completely. Prioritizes and sets deadlines. Assists others in prioritizing, setting deadlines, etc. Requires a high level of initiative, innovation and understanding of the big picture. Directs the work of others. Expected to be a mentor and resource to other maintenance staff.
