We’re growing our Service Loyalty Department and looking for an enthusiastic, people-first team member to help our loyal service customers explore exciting new vehicle options. As a Service Loyalty Specialist, you’ll be the bridge between our service and sales departments—greeting customers in the service drive and identifying opportunities for them to upgrade to a newer Ford vehicle. You’ll use our technological tools and proven process to offer real value while helping customers improve their vehicle situation. This role is centered on retention, trust and transparency-not pressure selling.
