About The Position

Serra Ford Farmington Hills is seeking a dedicated and proactive Service Lot Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility while providing exceptional guest services. This position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to ensuring a positive experience for all customers. Please note that we expect to get a large number of respondents for this position. We will communicate directly with those that we elect to interview for the position. Requirements

Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written forms.
Experience in a dealership environment is preferred but not required.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance guest interactions.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing excellent customer service.
Maintain the cleanliness of the parking area, showroom, and other public spaces.
Drive vehicles safely, including manual transmission cars, when necessary.
Assist with valet parking services as needed.
Support dealership operations by performing various tasks as assigned.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
