Service Line Supervisor, RN Overview Key responsibilities include but are not limited to : Actively supports the recruitment, orientation, and promotes the engagement of all clinical staff Provides guidance to ensure performance management aspects such as mentoring, coaching, individual development etc. are in place and holds staff accountable to expectations Works collaboratively with leadership and other organizational partners to ensure efficient and safe day to day operations of the site(s) Anticipates and responds to physician/provider staffing needs and assures that support staff are appropriately scheduled to maximize efficiency, access and patient demand Collaborates with leadership to help collect data through use of reporting in order to analyze, forecast, plan and direct clinic operations Promotes, supports and participates in process improvement, quality initiatives, and innovation

Requirements

  • Associate's (ADN) or Bachelor's (BSN) Degree in Nursing
  • Current Minnesota RN License
  • 1-2 years of demonstrated leadership (Lead) experience along with clinical rooming experience
  • BLS Certification

Responsibilities
