Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in client services, operations, or service coordination, with exposure to or involvement in vehicle maintenance and repair activities
  • Performance: Able and willing to provide world-class service to all stakeholders
  • Demonstrated strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite common business software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Asana or similar)
  • Ability to lift and carry materials weighing 20+ lbs repeatedly throughout the workday
  • Comfortable standing, bending, and moving in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong awareness of safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe workspace

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate service work for existing customers, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with Client Services, Production, and Engineering teams to align service priorities
  • Maintain accurate customer data and service records in software systems
  • Take ownership of client issues, ensuring timely resolution and proactive communication
  • Develop and maintain service procedures, policies, and standards
  • Assist with outbound service sales activities, including list building, outreach, and meeting scheduling
