What You’ll Do: Schedule, prioritize, and assign daily work for tire technicians, overseeing shop workflow and setting priorities for both shop and road service operations. Ensure excellent customer service by promptly and professionally addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and service needs. Maintain high safety and quality standards by ensuring all work is completed efficiently and according to company and industry requirements. Provide training, direction, and hands-on support to technicians as needed. Promote and support Bauer Built’s safety culture by enforcing compliance with regulations and maintaining clean, organized work areas. Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs, status updates, and estimated completion times. Perform hands-on work in the shop or service truck when needed to support team operations. Participate in limited after-hours service call rotations for nights and weekends, primarily in a secondary on-call capacity. Lead the training, onboarding, and documentation process for new service technicians. Perform other related duties as assigned.
