About The Position

At Bacio Italiano, we pride ourselves on creating a workplace where our team feels supported, respected, and set up to grow. As a Service and Hospitality Manager, you’ll help lead service, support the front-of-house team, and deliver a polished yet welcoming guest experience. You’ll work closely with senior management on scheduling, payroll accuracy, and daily operations. We’re committed to developing hospitality professionals and proudly pay for sommelier education and certification for team members who want to deepen their wine knowledge and advance their careers. We are closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day!

Requirements

  • 18+ years old
  • Food Handler & Title 4 certified (or able to obtain)
  • Organized, trustworthy, and calm under pressure
  • Available evenings, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

  • Restaurant leadership experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Opening and closing the restaurant(mostly closing)
  • Leading service and supporting the front-of-house team
  • Scheduling shifts and managing sections
  • Training and mentoring staff
  • Resolving guest concerns with professionalism
  • Overseeing cash handling, inventory, and time entry accuracy
  • Ensuring all health and safety standards are met
