About The Position

At Agave House, we believe great service starts with taking care of our people. As a Service and Hospitality Manager, you’ll help lead daily operations while fostering a fun, supportive, and respectful environment for both staff and guests. This is a hands-on, floor-focused role. You’ll lead during service, support staff development, help with scheduling and time clock details, and help maintain high standards across the restaurant. We also invest in our leaders — including opportunities for tequila and agave spirits education and certification , paid for by the company. We are closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day!

Requirements

  • 18+ years old
  • Food Handler & Title 4 certified (or able to obtain)
  • Available nights, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

  • Prior restaurant leadership experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and people skills

Responsibilities

  • Opening and closing the restaurant (More Closing)
  • Leading and supporting the floor team during service
  • Scheduling shifts and assigning sections
  • Training, and mentoring staff
  • Handling guest questions and concerns professionally
  • Ensuring cash handling, and inventory accuracy
  • Maintaining health and safety standards
