• Greet service customers promptly and professionally upon arrival
• Direct customers to the appropriate service advisor
• Manage service drive flow and ensure a smooth check-in process
• Assist with basic customer questions and needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service lane
• Deliver a positive first and last impression every day
