Responsibilities

• Warm Welcome: Be the first point of contact, warmly greeting customers as they arrive at our service department.
• Customer Assistance: Guide customers to the appropriate advisors or areas, ensuring a seamless service process.
• Service Coordination: Maintain the flow of traffic in the service drive while coordinating with advisors and technicians.
• Professional Communication: Answer basic customer inquiries and provide a friendly, helpful experience.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the service drive and waiting area neat and organized.
• Teamwork: Work closely with advisors and other team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
