As the Service Fulfillment & Asset Operations Associate you will act as a model of customer service excellence to all organizational staff members as part of DISA’s Command, Control, Communications, and Computers Enterprise Directorate (C4E) J6 Service Delivery contract. This role follows documented procedures and checklists and does not make independent disposition or security decisions.

Requirements

  • Shall possess at the time of award a Secret security clearance
  • Comfort working with computers, equipment, and tracking systems.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment.
  • Required Education: High school diploma or GED
  • Required Experience: 0-2 years

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting a DoD or J6 customer is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Staging and preparing laptops, peripherals, and accessories for Tier II technicians
  • Receiving returned equipment and tagging/processing it for tracking
  • Updating ServiceNow and asset records
  • Removing hard drives using approved procedures and routing them for sanitization
  • Maintaining bench stock and flagging low-stock conditions
  • Matching equipment to open tickets so Tier II can execute quickly
