About The Position

Comunale can work in virtually every market sector and facility type. S.A. Comunale is seeking a Service Follow Up Administrative Support person. Provide assistance to the Alarm and Suppression Service Departments companywide. Duties include completing and sending service quotes and estimates for materials and labor for repairs. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction. Other duties may be required as assigned by the lead admin or VP of Fire Alarm and Suppression.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • 3+ years of administrative experience is required.
  • Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, and particularly Excel) is required.
  • Knowledge of general office machines and telephone systems is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous construction industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Print SFU’s from Inspections.
  • Complete estimates for materials and labor needed for repairs.
  • Email quotes to customers.
  • Perform follow-ups on non-approved quotes.
  • Open tickets for approved SFU’s.
  • Order material for approved SFU’s.
  • Attend any necessary required meetings.
