Requirements

  • Reside in the United States or Mexico (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and service requests
  • Consult with clients to understand preferences, timelines, and expectations
  • Research and coordinate reservations, scheduling, and related arrangements
  • Prepare confirmations, summaries, and organized client documentation
  • Communicate with service partners to ensure accurate coordination
  • Manage changes, updates, and adjustments efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records and detailed client files
  • Deliver consistent, solution-focused customer service
