About The Position

Build relationships with service customers and assist them in selecting a vehicle for upgrade from the service department by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses Be the vehicle expert Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day Keep the lot neat and orderly as a team Other job duties as assigned by your manager

Requirements

Experience in sales highly encouraged
Professional appearance and strong communication skills
Motivated individual with a passion and drive for unlimited earning potential. Our top performers earn over $100,000 per year!
Must have a valid driver license and a clean driving record and be deemed insurable to drive by our insurance company
Must complete a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening
