About The Position

Conducts all assigned work in a safe manner, adhering to all applicable safety, environmental and contamination control policies, procedures and regulations. Wears and enforces wearing proper personal protective equipment. Prepares estimates utilizing various dealer computer systems resulting from written and verbal requests by reviewing inspection information, service reports, historical records, specifications, in person machine inspections and other related information. Initiates requests for new or revised standard jobs to the standard job developer based on perceived need or requests from various shop supervisors. Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Maintains knowledge of service literature, with a high awareness of product upgrades and changes. Assists in preparing projected expenses for various CSA type contract requests. Trains and/or mentors others in department. Assists in the training of standard jobs, as requested. Performs other duties as assigned.

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 5-6 years experience
  • Able to easily and effectively comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficient in the use of a computer, Microsoft Office products and relevant Dealer software programs such as DBS.
