The Service Engineer will be responsible for supporting systems with a high-level configuration and integration of the following solutions: IP video surveillance, access control, enterprise wireless and networking; voice, data and fiber cabling, unified communications, and audio/visual solutions. They will serve as both an escalation point for all maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs and serve as a technical advisor to staff and clients.
