About The Position

As a Service Electrician at ALLIED ELECTRIC INC, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and components to ensure optimal performance and safety. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and control systems. Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards during all service activities. Collaborate with clients to understand their electrical needs and provide effective solutions. Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including service reports and inventory management. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance service delivery. Provide guidance and support to junior electricians and apprentices as needed. Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a formal apprenticeship program or vocational training in electrical work is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a service electrician in a commercial or residential setting.
• Proven track record of diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and components.
• Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
• Proficiency in using electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Ability to work safely and adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to various job sites.
