About The Position

Competition Subaru is seeking a motivated Automotive Service Sales Consultant to engage our service customers and identify potential trade-in and purchase opportunities. Requirements

  • Automotive sales experience preferred (new or pre-owned)
  • Desking/appraisal experience a plus
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills
  • Proven customer service and closing ability
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Valid, clean NYS driver’s license
  • Basic computer and internet skills

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the service department to present trade-in options to service customers
  • Highlight vehicle features, value-add products, and financing options
  • Conduct test drives safely and professionally
  • Negotiate and close deals ethically and transparently
  • Assist with vehicle delivery, explaining features, warranty, and service needs
  • Maintain accurate sales documentation and up-to-date product knowledge
  • Attend required meetings and trainings
  • Perform additional duties as needed
